Our Story

AIA Architects Limited is a leading architectural, interior design and project management solutions provider based in Nairobi with a presence in Rwanda for our regional operations. We provide a 360degree solution that includes conceptualization, advice on funding, design and project management services.

With over a decade of experience, AIA integrates sophisticated design with management experience, a rare combination that results in current yet timeless solutions while uniquely reflecting the values and character of our clients.

The firm has enviable expertise in major infrastructure and urban renewal projects. It is against this backdrop that AIA is among the larger indigenous architectural firms with the expertise and experience to undertake large scale infrastructural projects including the Lamu Port Southern Sudan-Ethiopia Transport Corridor, JKIA’s Greenfield Terminal and Nairobi City County old estates upgrade.
